2.1 By accessing the olx17 Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with olx17's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional terms, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.3 olx17 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the email address registered on their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with olx17 or to access any real-money gaming Services on the Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced regardless of local laws in your jurisdiction that may specify a different minimum age for gambling activities.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility: olx17's primary target market is Indonesia. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. olx17 does not represent or warrant that use of its Services is legal in any particular location.
3.3 Single Account Policy: Each individual person may hold only one Account with olx17. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
3.4 The following persons are not eligible to register an Account or use the Services:
4.1 To access real-money Services on olx17, you must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate, current, and truthful information in all required fields.
4.2 You are required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid passport, your date of birth, and a current Indonesian mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS.
4.3 olx17 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided during registration at any time. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and permanent closure.
4.4 You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials — including your password — strictly confidential. olx17 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4.5 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify olx17 support immediately via live chat or at the email address listed in Section 17 of these Terms.
5.1 olx17 is committed to operating a safe and fraud-free platform. All Members are required to complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal request can be processed. olx17 may also require KYC at other stages, including upon deposit thresholds being reached or following a security review.
5.2 Accepted KYC documents for Indonesian residents include:
5.3 olx17 may additionally request proof of payment method ownership (for example, a bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri showing the account holder's name matching the registered account) and, in higher-risk cases, proof of source of funds.
5.4 Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being submitted will result in the request being cancelled. Winnings and deposited funds remain held in the Account Wallet during the review period.
5.5 All KYC documents submitted to olx17 are processed in accordance with the olx17 Privacy Policy and are stored using industry-standard encryption.
olx17 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; higher-volume Members may be subject to enhanced due diligence requirements.
olx17 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transfer fees at their discretion — these are not within olx17's control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical availability. olx17 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for standard verified accounts during normal operating hours (WIB).
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification as described in Section 5. olx17 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that exhibit patterns inconsistent with normal account activity.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full, as detailed in Section 7.
All Account balances are maintained exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). olx17 does not accept deposits in or convert balances to any other currency. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be rejected and returned to the originating payment method.
7.1 olx17 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek, and Independence Day (17 August).
7.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus (and, in some cases, the deposited amount) must be wagered before Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable real-money funds.
7.3 The following practices are expressly prohibited in connection with bonus use and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings:
7.4 olx17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, at its absolute discretion. Promotional terms published at the time of the offer govern entitlement to that offer.
7.5 Bonuses credited in error — including those resulting from a technical fault in the Platform — do not represent a valid entitlement. olx17 reserves the right to correct such errors by removing erroneously credited Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on the olx17 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. Game-specific rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.
8.2 Sports betting markets, including BRI Liga 1 football, EPL, Champions League, bandar bola (sports betting) markets, and all other leagues, are subject to the settlement rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Void bets, pushes, and void markets are handled in accordance with those rules.
8.3 Live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and related titles — are operated by certified third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Live). The outcome of all live dealer games is determined by the physical or certified digital randomisation process conducted by the studio and is final.
8.4 Togel draws produce results based on official draw outputs from certified lottery providers. Results are published on the Platform in real time (WIB) and are final. No togel result may be challenged on the basis of a technical issue experienced by the Member's device or internet connection.
8.5 In the event of a technical malfunction during any game — including a disconnection, server error, or game freeze — olx17 will resolve the affected round in accordance with its technical support policy. In general, incomplete rounds are voided and the wagered amount is returned to the Member's Wallet. Completed rounds — where a final outcome was reached before the malfunction — are settled at the displayed result.
8.6 olx17 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions, placed through the use of prohibited software, or placed on a market or game that was made available due to a manifest error in the odds or game configuration.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the olx17 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
10.1 olx17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
10.2 Where an Account is closed by olx17 due to the Member's breach of these Terms, any balance in the Wallet — including deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited. Where an Account is voluntarily closed by the Member, or closed by olx17 for reasons other than breach, any verified Wallet balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.
10.3 Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact olx17 support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
11.1 All content on the olx17 Platform — including but not limited to the olx17 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game assets, and data — is the proprietary property of olx17 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the olx17 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of olx17.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of olx17's intellectual property — including scraping, mirroring, or reproducing the Platform in any format — will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.
12.1 The olx17 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, olx17 makes no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its Services.
12.2 olx17 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from:
12.3 In no event shall olx17's aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits olx17's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13.1 olx17 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
13.2 olx17 applies TLS 1.3 encryption to all data transmitted between the Member's device and the Platform. All stored personal and financial data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard methods.
13.3 olx17 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the Services.

15.1 olx17 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
15.2 For material changes — those that significantly affect Members' rights or obligations — olx17 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address on each affected Account. For minor or administrative amendments, the updated Terms will take effect on the date of publication without advance notice.
15.3 If a Member does not accept the amended Terms, they may close their Account in accordance with Section 10.3. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olx17 is licensed and incorporated. In the absence of a specific mandatory provision in Indonesian law that requires a different governing law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing territory.
16.2 olx17 operates as an internationally licensed platform. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the olx17 Services is lawful under the laws of their country of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction. olx17 makes no representation that the Services are legal or available in any particular location.
16.3 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
17.1 If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions, wish to raise a complaint, or need to contact olx17 for any other reason, please use the following channels:
17.2 olx17 is committed to resolving all Member complaints fairly and promptly. Upon receipt of a formal complaint, olx17 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days. Complex complaints involving significant sums or regulatory matters may take longer; olx17 will keep the Member informed of progress throughout.
17.3 If you are dissatisfied with olx17's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter in writing to olx17 management at the email address above, marked clearly as "Escalated Complaint". Management will review the matter independently and provide a final position within ten business days.
